Request deletion of your DealOracle account and all associated data

• Your account profile and login credentials
• All lead data and contact information
• Connected advertising account integrations
• Analytics and performance history
• Billing and subscription information
• Support tickets and communication records

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Through Your Account (Recommended)

If you have access to your DealOracle account, you can request deletion directly:

1. Log in to your DealOracle dashboard
2. Click the "Settings" button in the top navigation
3. Select "Request Account Deletion" in the Data Management section
4. Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, send an email request:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Your registered email address
• Account username (if different from email)
• Reason for deletion (optional)
• Any additional verification information we may request

• Immediate: Account access will be revoked
• Within 48 hours: Data marked for deletion in our systems
• Within 30 days: Complete removal from all databases and backups
• Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy

• Download any data you wish to keep using our export features
• Cancel any active subscriptions to prevent future billing
• Note that this action cannot be undone
• Consider temporary account deactivation if you're unsure

Connected Platform Data

Information about data connected through third-party platforms

Facebook/Meta Data

DealOracle only accesses your Facebook Ads data for reporting purposes. To completely remove our access:

1. Go to Facebook Business Manager settings
2. Navigate to Business Integrations
3. Find DealOracle and remove access

Google Ads Data

To revoke DealOracle's access to your Google Ads data:

1. Visit myaccount.google.com
2. Go to Security → Third-party apps with account access
3. Find DealOracle and remove access
