Overview
The Lead Manager is the central hub for viewing, filtering, and managing all your leads in DealOracle. It provides a spreadsheet-like interface with real-time updates, giving your team a single source of truth for every lead in your pipeline.
From the Lead Manager you can:
- View all leads across sources in one unified table
- Filter and search to find exactly the leads you need
- Edit lead data inline without opening separate forms
- Perform bulk actions on multiple leads at once
- Track status and disposition changes in real time
Access the Lead Manager from the main navigation by clicking Leads in the sidebar.

Your column preferences are saved per-user and persist across sessions.
Filtering & Search
The Lead Manager provides powerful filtering to help you find the leads you need:
Global Search
The search bar at the top searches across Name, Email, Phone, and Tags simultaneously. Results update as you type.
Column-Specific Filters
Click the filter icon on any column header to apply column-specific filters:
- Text columns (Name, Email) — Contains, starts with, equals
- Status / Disposition — Dropdown multi-select
- Date columns — Date range picker with presets (Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, Custom Range)
- Source — Dropdown multi-select of all lead sources
- Tags — Select one or more tags to filter by
Saved Filter Presets
Save frequently used filter combinations as presets:
- Apply your desired filters
- Click Save Filter in the toolbar
- Name your preset (e.g., "Hot Leads This Week")
- Access saved presets from the Filters dropdown
Presets are shared across your team so everyone can use the same views.
Inline Editing
Edit lead data directly from the table without navigating away:
- Click any cell to enter edit mode
- Changes auto-save — no need to press a save button
- Editable fields include:
- Status (dropdown)
- Disposition (dropdown — triggers conversion events if mapped)
- Tags (tag selector)
- Notes (text input)
- Name, Email, Phone (text fields)
Note: Changing a lead's disposition may trigger server-side conversion events to your connected ad platforms. See Dispositions & Outcomes for details.
All inline edits are recorded in the lead's Event Stream with a timestamp and the user who made the change.
Bulk Actions
Perform operations on multiple leads at once:
- Select leads — Click the checkbox on each row, or use the header checkbox to select all visible leads
- Choose an action from the bulk actions toolbar that appears:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Bulk Update Status | Set the same status on all selected leads |
| Bulk Assign Disposition | Apply a disposition to all selected leads (triggers conversion events for each) |
| Bulk Add Tags | Add one or more tags to all selected leads |
| Bulk Export | Export selected leads as CSV or PDF |
| Bulk Delete | Permanently remove selected leads (requires confirmation) |
Tips for Bulk Actions
- Use filters first to narrow down the set of leads, then select all
- Bulk disposition changes will fire conversion events for every selected lead — use with care
- Bulk delete is irreversible; consider exporting first as a backup
- The selection count badge shows how many leads are currently selected
