Role Descriptions
- Super Admin — Full access to everything including billing, user management, and account deletion. Typically the agency owner or primary account holder.
- Admin — Full access to all features and data management. Can configure integrations, manage API keys, and adjust settings. Cannot manage billing or team members.
- Member — Can view and manage leads, access analytics, and perform day-to-day operations. Cannot modify integrations or account settings.
Inviting Team Members
Add team members to your DealOracle account so they can collaborate on lead management and analytics.
Steps
- Navigate to Settings → Team
- Click Invite
- Enter the team member's email address
- Select their role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invitation
What Happens Next
- An invitation email is sent to the specified address
- The invitee clicks the link in the email
- If they already have a DealOracle account, it's linked automatically
- If they don't have an account, they're guided through account creation
- Once accepted, they appear in your team list with their assigned role
Pending Invitations
View pending (unaccepted) invitations from Settings → Team → Pending. You can:
- Resend the invitation email
- Revoke the invitation before it's accepted
Managing Permissions
Manage your team from Settings → Team.
Available Actions
| Action | How | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Change role | Click the role dropdown next to a team member | Immediately updates their permissions |
| Deactivate | Click Deactivate on a team member | Suspends access without removing them (can reactivate later) |
| Remove | Click Remove on a team member | Permanently removes them from the account |
Important Notes
- Role changes take effect immediately — If you downgrade someone from Admin to Member, they lose access to integrations and settings on their next page load
- You cannot change your own role — Another Super Admin must do this
- At least one Super Admin is required — The system prevents removing the last Super Admin
- Removed members lose all access — They can no longer log in to this account, but their own DealOracle account (if they have one) is unaffected
- Audit trail — All role changes and team modifications are logged for accountability
