Customize the platform appearance with your agency's logo, colors, and domain.

Overview

White-label DealOracle with your own brand to create a seamless, professional experience for your clients. Instead of seeing DealOracle branding, your team and clients see your agency's logo, colors, and name throughout the platform.

Availability

White-label features are available on the Agency plan. Contact sales to upgrade if you're on a lower tier.

What Gets Branded

  • Login page
  • Sidebar and navigation
  • Dashboard headers
  • Email notifications
  • PDF report exports
  • Browser tab (favicon + title)

Customization Options

Configure your branding from Settings → Branding.

  • Upload your agency logo (PNG or SVG recommended)
  • The logo appears in the sidebar, login page, and report headers
  • Recommended dimensions: 200x50px (horizontal logo) or 50x50px (icon)
  • Both light and dark variants are supported for optimal display

Colors

  • Primary color — Used for buttons, links, and active states
  • Accent color — Used for highlights, badges, and secondary elements
  • Enter hex values (e.g., #2563EB) or use the color picker
  • Preview changes in real time before saving
  • Replace "DealOracle" with your agency name in the sidebar header
  • Maximum 30 characters

Favicon

  • Upload a custom favicon (ICO or PNG, 32x32px)
  • Appears in browser tabs and bookmarks

Applying Changes

All branding changes apply to all users in your account immediately after saving. No page refresh required — changes propagate in real time.

Custom Domain

Take your white-label experience to the next level by hosting DealOracle on your own domain.

How It Works

Instead of accessing DealOracle at app.dealoracle.com, your team and clients access it at a domain you control, such as:

  • app.youragency.com
  • dashboard.youragency.com
  • leads.youragency.com

Setup Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings → Branding → Custom Domain
  2. Enter your desired subdomain (e.g., app.youragency.com)
  3. Add the CNAME record shown in the setup wizard to your DNS provider
  4. Wait for DNS propagation (usually 15 minutes to a few hours)
  5. DealOracle automatically provisions an SSL certificate
  6. Your custom domain is live

Requirements

  • You must own and control the domain's DNS settings
  • Only subdomains are supported (e.g., app.youragency.com, not youragency.com)
  • SSL is automatically provisioned and renewed — no manual certificate management needed
  • Agency plan required
