Report Builder

The Report Builder lets you create custom reports tailored to exactly what you need to see.

Building a Report

  1. Navigate to Oracle → Reports → New Report
  2. Select metrics — Choose which KPIs to include:
    • Lead volume, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, revenue, ad spend
    • Platform-specific metrics (impressions, clicks, CPC)
  3. Select dimensions — Choose how to break down the data:
    • By source, campaign, ad set, platform, disposition, date
  4. Set date range — Use presets or pick a custom range
  5. Apply filters — Narrow results by source, campaign, client, or any other dimension
  6. Preview — See the report before saving or exporting

Saving Reports

Save reports for reuse. Saved reports remember your metric selections, dimensions, filters, and date range preferences. Access them anytime from Oracle → Reports → Saved Reports.

Export Formats

Export your reports in the format that works best for your workflow:

CSV (Raw Data)

  • Spreadsheet-ready tabular data
  • Perfect for further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Includes all data points with full precision
  • Great for importing into other tools

PDF (Formatted Report)

  • Professional, presentation-ready report with charts and tables
  • Includes your branding (if white-label is configured)
  • Ideal for client-facing reports
  • Automatically formatted with headers, footers, and page numbers
  • Generate a shareable URL that shows real-time data
  • Link stays up to date — no need to re-export
  • Set expiration dates for security
  • Password-protect links for sensitive data

Scheduled Reports

Automate report delivery so your team and clients always have fresh data without lifting a finger.

Setting Up a Schedule

  1. Open a saved report (or create a new one)
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Choose frequency:
    • Daily — Sent every morning with previous day's data
    • Weekly — Sent every Monday with previous week's data
    • Monthly — Sent on the 1st with previous month's data
  4. Enter recipient email addresses (multiple supported)
  5. Choose format (CSV or PDF)
  6. Click Save Schedule

Managing Schedules

  • View all active schedules from Oracle → Reports → Scheduled
  • Pause, edit, or delete schedules at any time
  • View delivery history to confirm reports were sent successfully
