Plans & Limits
DealOracle has three plans. Every plan includes the whole platform — Lead Manager, Oracle reporting, the Ads dashboard, the tracking pixel and server-side conversions to every supported ad platform. What changes between tiers is how many ad platforms you can connect, how many client accounts you can run, and how much automation and support you get.
Current prices are always shown on the pricing page.
Which plan fits
Starter is built for a single business running one ad platform. In practice that is almost always Meta or Google. You get unlimited CRM connections, the full pixel, and server-side conversions — the platform limit is about where your ad spend goes, not about crippling the product.
Growth removes the ad platform limit. Take it when you start running a second platform and want the feedback loop on both.
Agency adds unlimited client accounts, white-label reporting and dedicated support, for people managing ad accounts on behalf of others.
You can change plan at any time under Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
Limits explained
Ad platforms — how many ad networks you can connect at once (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Microsoft). Starter connects one; Growth and Agency connect as many as you like.
Client accounts — separate, isolated workspaces, each with their own leads, pixel and integrations. Agencies need several; a single business needs one.
API requests — calls to the DealOracle API from your own code or automation tools. Normal dashboard and pixel use does not count against this.
Crystal AI credits — chat with Crystal is free and unmetered. Credits are consumed only when Crystal takes an action for you, such as building a campaign or writing a conversion configuration.
Features above your tier stay visible with a lock icon, so you can see what an upgrade would give you before paying for it.
