Understanding Your Dashboard
DealOracle has three core views, each accessible from the left sidebar. Together they give you a complete picture of your lead pipeline, ad performance, and conversion attribution.
Lead Manager
The Lead Manager is your centralized lead database. Here you can:
- Browse leads in a sortable, paginated table
- Filter by status, date range, source, or any column
- Search across all lead fields
- Edit individual leads — update contact info, status, or notes
- Batch actions — select multiple leads to export, delete, or change status
- Import leads via CSV upload or manual entry
- Export to CSV or PDF
Each lead shows its attribution data: which ad platform, campaign, ad set, and ad drove the click, plus any UTM parameters and click IDs (fbclid, gclid, etc.).
Oracle
Oracle is your analytics command center. It aggregates data from all connected platforms into a single view:
- Metrics Grid — customizable KPI cards showing leads, conversions, cost per lead, ROAS, revenue, and more
- Date Range Filter — analyze any time period with preset ranges or custom dates
- Status Filter — exclude specific lead dispositions from calculations
- Lead Outcome Distribution — pie chart showing how leads are distributed across dispositions
- Ad Spend Breakdown — see spend per platform at a glance
- Chart Builder — create custom bar or line charts from any metric
- Metric Watchers — set threshold alerts (e.g., "notify me when CPL exceeds $50")
Ads
The Ads dashboard gives you a drill-down view of ad performance across all connected platforms:
- Campaign level — see all campaigns with spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS
- Ad Set level — click into a campaign to see its ad sets
- Ad level — drill into an ad set to see individual ads
- Date presets — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or custom range
- Search & filter — find campaigns by name
- Column toggle — show/hide metrics columns to focus on what matters
- Manual sync — click the sync button to pull fresh data from ad platforms
