Quick Start Guide

This guide walks you through the four steps to get DealOracle fully operational. Most users complete this in under 15 minutes.

Step 1: Connect an Ad Platform

  1. Navigate to Integrations from the sidebar
  2. Click Connect on your primary ad platform (e.g., Facebook/Meta Ads)
  3. Complete the OAuth login — grant DealOracle permission to your ad account
  4. Enter your Pixel ID (Facebook) or Customer ID (Google) when prompted
  5. You'll see a green "Connected" badge when successful

DealOracle will automatically begin syncing your campaign hierarchy (campaigns → ad sets → ads) so you can view performance in the Ads dashboard.

Step 2: Connect a CRM or Lead Source

DealOracle needs a source of leads. You have several options:

  • CRM integration — Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Podio via OAuth
  • Webhook — Point your form builder (Unbounce, ClickFunnels, HeyFlow) to your DealOracle webhook URL
  • CSV import — Upload a spreadsheet of existing leads
  • Manual entry — Add leads one by one from the Lead Manager

For webhook setup, copy your webhook URL from Settings → Webhooks and paste it into your form builder's webhook configuration.

Step 3: Configure Event Streams

  1. Go to Event Streams from the sidebar
  2. Define your disposition values — these are the lead statuses that trigger conversion events (e.g., "Qualified", "Client", "No Answer")
  3. For each disposition, set:
    • Event name — what the platform sees (e.g., "Lead", "Purchase")
    • Event value — the dollar value of this conversion
  4. Save your configuration

Now when a lead's status changes to one of these dispositions, DealOracle automatically fires a conversion event to every connected ad platform.

Step 4: Send a Test Lead

  1. Go to Lead Manager and click Add Lead
  2. Fill in a test lead with:
    • Name and email
    • A click ID (e.g., paste a fbclid from a recent ad click URL)
  3. Save the lead
  4. Change the lead's disposition to one of your configured conversion events
  5. Check your ad platform's Events Manager (Facebook) or Conversions tab (Google) — you should see the event arrive within minutes
